1. A new immigration system started.

2. The system demands fingerprints and photograph from foreigners who enter Japan.

4. If the data is same as back list’s data, the foreigner can’t enter Japan.

5. There are some people who say the system neglects a person’s rights.

6. The press reported that five people couldn’t enter Japan on 20 November.

7. In fact the immigration Bureau could find them without fingerprints and photographs.
